Individual psychotherapy sessions are created for all persons and all ages using primarily music and cognitive behavioural therapy. Sessions are created and implemented by an accredited psychotherapist and are designed to improve wellbeing and mental health. This includes resolving or mitigating troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions and to improve relationships and social skills.
